the reason i contacted customer service was for help in finding a new shade of foundation color. the newer version of the double wear foundation has been a bit of a struggle for me to find a color match. the customer service rep tried to help but missed the mark on color choices. fortunatly the color I ended up perchasing seems ok

I always buy Estee Lauder creams, I think is the best product in the market, but I'm disappointed because on my last order I couldn't get the Estee lauder re-nutriv Creme the regular one. Not the light weight.

Product I have been using, the formula changed and for worse. Also, the packaging remains same so no one will know they are ordering different item all together and stuck with return shipping fee if item returned. Product refills that helped minimize wastage on jars, isn't available online and shows out of stock most of the year.

I love their new foundation. I always purchase directly from them as being a member you get perks like 15% off or rewards for items. It does take longer to get to me than a usual shipment but they are good at advising when it will arrive. Love Estee Lauder!

I have ordered for Misty Lauder many times and been very satisfied order always arrived within a few days. This time I received tracking notice and I kept checking and it never seemed to move when I reached out to support their response was well I can cancel it and refund you that was unsatisfactory since I needed my product and I expressed I needed my product and I was very disappointed. I didn’t receive it in time for my vacation even though I ordered with plenty of lead time the response again was I can resend it or refund you when I did receive the order. The sample I received was a tiny packet when I usually receive one of the small sample bottles, there was no effort to provide any discount or provide any extra product or samples for the inconvenience. It was just like we don’t need your business so I can refund it for you in that case, I believe, I will probably buy my products elsewhere as I did not feel there was any effort of restitution for the inconvenience cause.

This is repeatedly occurred to me that I am looking for the refill and while it says on the website that “refill available” but when I want to buy it doesn’t show me the option for choosing. So while I pay extra for a reusable container every time I never find the refill container for revitalizing supreme+ day cream. This is very disappointing.
