I tried to apply the code NEW2026 as I was ordering much more than the required amount to receive the 3 free samples. Just because you did not have my item in stock you refused to provide me with the samples. I tried to use a birthday code and was told it had expired. There was no expiry on the email. I would recommend putting one and I would have ordered in time to be able to take advantage of the reward. The products I ordered are amazing. Terribly expensive, however, if you use them sparingly, they will last for a while. I highly recommend them. Thank you.

I have had a coupon for awhile now but it’s frustrating that I can’t use it if I add a free gift option. Also even thought the website says there’s a free sample with every order that option is not available at checkout either. Just very frustrating when things are advertised but not followed through.

After buying double wear original forever I have tried the new formula and it sucks big time...original one only needed one coat for amazing coverage...this new formula doesn't cover anything on the first coat and not great on the second because then it looks cakey...i;ve tried all the tricks and still sucks...sorry EL but I'm heading over to another brand for my foundation :(

I couldn’t place my order over and over again. I began to think that the site was corrupted and was very discouraged from trying again. dreadful. what better way to drive away business than to make it impossible to get into your cart. You advertise an 8 piece set, free with purchase, but when I click on it, it's only a 6 piece gift set. That is false advertising!
