Overall the shopping experience on this website has been good, and easy, but there're some things that could be added, for instance, when a product is sold out, it should be stated on the first page that I see it without having to click to see the detail. There should also be a place to put in an email to notify me when the product is back in stock. The fragrance questionnaire is somewhat useless to me because it always gave me the fragrance I don't like (Pleasure,) and never gave me the ones I'm interested in. There are not enough questions to be accurate I think. Maybe on the description of each fragrance, it should state who the perfume is for, for instance, what kind of lifestyle, occasions, age, personalities, preferences, etc. of a person that the fragrance might be suitable for.
From other times, I often entered problems with redeeming reward or birthday gift. Sometimes problem with the promo code; other times with almost no products to redeem because Estee Lauder didn't replenish the reward products.
