Everything was almost perfect. It is very hard for anyone who doesn't work in or live skin care, to distinguish toner from essence. And when you call something essence toner or toning essence, it makes it even harder. I don't know why someone decided to name a product type "essence" when that word usually indicates the spirit or core of something, but they did. So are you saying the essence is the type called essence, or that it's the essence of something? This is not something specific to Estee Lauder, several skin care companies participate in this confusion. But I will always and forever love Estee Lauder.

My only problem with the brow pencil I ordered/received is probably a climate issue. It is a bit dry for application. I am keeping and using it, but I am somewhat disappointed.

I should have had a 15% discount but when I went to check out, it said I had already used my discount. The time I used the discount was when I tried to return an item and it was refused but I was given a 15% courtesy discount. I don't think that should negate my earned 15% discount for points. I was not happy with this situation.

Easy to locate products. I was happy to see my foundation colors were still available but I am very disappointed that they have discontinued their eye color singles. Currently, there is not one pallet available where I would use all of the colors so I would be wasting my money. Other people that I have spoken to have expressed the same sentiment.
