Pleasures Intense was ordered as a gift for my sister, who has used EL products for 40+ years. This Intense was perfume, not toilette water or cologne. The scent evaporated within minutes, & what scent there was smelled like Dollar Tree perfume! Horrible stuff & the recipient hated it. Since I live nowhere near a UPS store or UPS access site, the CSR supervisor said returning the item was not necessary, thankfully. A great gentleman that understood! SO disappointed in the product, but the resolution helped. I've yet to see the refund credited to my bank card, but am allowing ample time. It is evident to me from smelling the perfume, there was very little oils in the product: perfume SHOULD last longer than 15 mins & not smell like bilge water!

I have used Estée Lauder for many years and love the products! I only wish I did not have to pay shipping fees. I usually order most items from Macy’s, where I enjoy free shipping. I also have free shipping on Amazon, due to frequent purchases.

If you call for assistance, it is terrible. The "helper" held me on line for 28 minutes with stupid questions and then told me she ould not help me because I had to be at my computer to verify something or other and hung up!! My time is limited and valuable
