I found the ad for free samples, shown above the item ordered on the first screen of the check-out process, confusing. I feel like if the order is above the monetary amount needed for the free samples , then the ad should click through to the options, or it the directions should be clearer that you can select on the next page. Make the ad smart — if I have reached the limit let me choose from the samples; if I haven't, let me know how much more I need to buy for the purchase. There was also an option for the Advanced Night Repair and face oils (priced at $185), but the description of the size of the bottom for the Night Repair said "full-sized bottle." This is very unclear — list the volume in liquid ounces or ml. It feels "scammy" not to list the size.

I like the ease of purchasing in the comfort of my home & not in a mall. I'd like More discounts for purchasing online products for all fragrances. My mom was looking for a replacement of her Pleasures powder & I couldn't find it online. Therefore, perhaps a list of Discontinued items or Soon to Be would be nice! This way, we'd double up! Ha!

I only tried over mobile and it’s a bit slow. The site lags and takes a while to search for products and switch to product pages. Everything worked and I didn’t run into errors, which is good, but it took a little patience to go through the shopping experience.
