I have a reward I would have liked to use Elist 15 even after texting with customer service and getting their advice on how to proceed and use the reward they could not tell me why it did not give the discount. I know how to apply the reward I have been using Estée Lauder over 40 years. Buying ESTÉE on line is getting to be a problem with ordering. I also use Arvada last 6 years the cost is getting out of hand and the sellers are coming less often.

I used the product for many years, it is the first time I bought it from Esthe Lauder directly. Before I bought it at stores- particualrly when travelling, duty free. However the product availability at duty free at airports is much less. so then I bought from Amazon, but then Esthe Lauder offered a loyalty program and that is more convenient. I have doubts about delivery- packages frequently get delivered to the wrong apartment and then you lose the purchase. I contacted the delivery company to make sure it would arrive- they did not follow the instruction to deliver to the lockers at the mail room, but the product was delivered safely to my door.

This order experience was typical of all of my order experiences with Estee Lauder. The order arrived on time, was complete with all products ordered, and was well-packaged for shipping. The Estee Lauder products in this order were ones I use regularly, and I am well-pleased with them. The only issue I had with this particular order is that it unexpectedly switched shipping methods from UPS to USPS a day before delivery. I prefer UPS all the way, but I still received the order on time through the USPS.
