I’m trying to get my ELIST15 one my one order the website promised me - it wouldn’t allow me to enter it upon my checkout. I did it 5 times and the button wouldn’t allow it . This is my first time ordering online I generally purchase these products from Dillards and Macys both! I loved all the sale and free complementary gifts with 20% discounts on foundation. The website perform beautifully no problems whatsoever description of the information was great what I didn't like is at the very end not being able to use the e-list 15% off. So understand the makeup was on sale but they also tell you you can have 15% off if you're a list and they didn't include that so that's my only negative thing to comment on.

I have been using Double Ware for over 20 years. When I reordered recently I received the new formula. It's awful, doesn't give good coverage. I didn't know I could order the original formula until today when I spoke to an Este Lauder makeup consultant. Both the NEW or ORIGINAL formulas should be displayed on the website. I'm very unhappy about have to purchasing the new formula and now purchasing the original. I am very thankful that you are still offering the original.

I have used Estée Lauder for years. I just in the last couple of year started ording online because I can save money and it’s free shipping . I did get a good deal on advanced night moisturizer at the Kohl’s store that sells Sephora in Mount Vernon not too long ago, which I really appreciated that . This is the best product for my skin and face. I will not be changing. I’m just always looking for new ways to save money. Thank you for making this product.

Today I had a very nice overall experience using Estee Lauder's website. I love the fact that all of my items are always in stock and that I can get gift sets with needed items as well. I used to go to Macy's for the items I needed but they were always out of stock with one of two things that I needed. I never have that issue shopping directly from Estee Lauder.
