My overall experience on the Estée Lauder website was outstanding. The site is elegant, intuitive, and very easy to navigate, with beautifully presented product pages that clearly explain benefits and usage. It feels premium, thoughtful, and customer focused throughout.
One feature that truly impressed me was how promotional items were added to my cart automatically. That experience felt seamless, smart, and surprisingly delightful. It gave the impression that the technology behind the site truly understands the customer journey and removes friction at the right moments.
However, I was extremely disappointed to discover that the Advanced Night Repair Eye duo pack was sold out. This is my favorite product and the primary reason I visited the site. I actively searched for it and had planned my purchase around this item. Finding it unavailable was genuinely frustrating and quite upsetting, especially given how essential this product is in the Estée Lauder line. It felt like a missed opportunity and deserves attention.
The checkout process itself was smooth and secure, but the unavailability of such a core favorite significantly impacted what would have otherwise been a perfect experience. With better availability and communication around high demand items, the shopping experience could move from excellent to exceptional.
