There was limited time of sale. I was about to go to work, but I really wanted to purchase products on discounted price. I decided to pay with PayPal, since it was quicker then typing cc nr. For some reason PP used one of my old adresses for shipping without confirming it with me. Order has been placed. One of information I saw roght after was that I can not cancell or make any changes after order has been placed. I was in rush to leave home and go to work. I called customer service. CS representative told me I can call career to make adress change, and they will take care of it. I waited few days for shipping nr to be created, and then I called UPS. They told me to call sender, because they can not make any changes to the shipping ticket they received from sender. I called Estee Lauder again, customer service rep told me that I actualy could have made change 60 min after placing order. I did't read whole email while driving to work and CS rep did not tell me about it before. I ended up creating UPS account, paying 5.99$ for holding package at UPS store. When I received it it was all beat up, box was teared and open. All products were there without any damage. Very frustrating experience
