I love like literally love elf products, Just thing that pisses me off is the website, its slow and unstable. I know how amazing products are I love them, thats why I keep on ordering or buy elf stuff from different stores(shoppers drug mart or old navy) But website its very slow. I never received shipping notification so i had to contact customer service. Very nervous after my last order was lost at the shipping centre to Canada and items were by then sold out. I checked my junk folders and for some reason even after resending shipping email i never got it. Just like my last order too. No idea where it's going since like i said I checked my junk folders and never got the shipping email.

The only issue I have is how slow the website is. It takes forever to load or add or remove stuff from the cart. It gets worse on the mobile which ruins the experience. Additionally, there are no updates provided on shipping and delivery whatsoever. Not a single order that I placed from elf gave me those updates via email or otherwise. It’s only the technicalities of the website and no update on shipping and delivery tracking that are an issue. Otherwise it’s all great!

I love e.l.f. and have used their products as my primary make-up for several years. With that said, I have always had problems with the website, which have often prevented me from making purchases. I go to third-party stores to get what I need and end up not buying any of the extras I wanted because the site performance is so poor. While it is pretty/has good branding and style, it takes extensive periods to load, often leading to complete freezes that require closing the browser (and losing my cart/browsing) to fix. I have a gaming laptop which runs every other website without issue - the e.l.f. website is the only site I've used that completely freezes my browser, even with nothing else open. This problem has persisted for several years, having happened on my previous laptop and on every phone I've owned as well. While I love the products, I purchase far less often than I look (intending to purchase) because of the website's performance.

I loved the products I ordered and am so impressed by the ingredients in them. ELF is making clean cosmetics and offering great detox and moisturizers. I never received any notice about delivery, it took awhile to receive my order, however, if coming from the US, tariffs and coming through the border, is not easy.
