I had to spend over a week in contact with e.l.f. support to find a solution. I was not able to order my items at a discount price because the code that e.l.f. made caused errors during purchasing. My credit card was charged 5 times in attempts to purchase. After days of contacting and being sent in circles by two different support teams, I was told to "wait a couple days before ordering." When I asked if the sale would be live they said "we can't guarantee that." When I said, no, I want the sale price, it took yet another person being looped in to provide the solution that I could pay the full price and then get a refund of the difference. So I did. Days go by, they said I'll get my refund when the items ships. I'm waiting for the email that says my package has shipped (like the initial order email says) and that never arrives. I go on the website, it says it has shipped! I click on the link, it brings me to yet another error page!! I email AGAIN asking for the tracking information, which they provide, and in the same email ask for information about my refund, which they ignored. So I send ANOTHER email asking about my refund, they tell me they've already put it through. I check the next day, and I've been given less than HALF the value of the refund I was meant to receive. Thank god I had screenshots of my original order value because I'm not sure if I would have ever been given the correct refund. I will NEVER order e.l.f. online ever again, this experience has been absolutely terrible. The website is laggy, buggy, and full of error pages. The chat support on the website is not helpful at all. The customer support over email are also not helpful, only reading one question and responding without answering full queries, giving wrong information or no information, and incorrect refunds.
