Eastern Leaf has high quality merchandise. I’ve purchase bonsai supplies from other sellers and I had to returned their merchandise because it was cheap. Eastern Leaf supplies might be slightly higher but they’re worth it. I expected my items to arrive in about a week or so but I was extremely shocked when I received them in3 days. The items were package with care as to not be damaged in the shipping process. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

One of the items that I ordered was damaged. I emailed Eastern Leaf customer support and described the issue including pictures of the damaged product. They responded promptly and they are sending me a replacement. So this issue is not yet resolved. This is the reason for the lower score on issue resolution. One I receive my replacement, I would very likely rate Easter Leaf higher on that category.
