The only reason why I am ordering a second time is because the first shipment was horrific. All my tubers arrived damaged and unusable for the start of the season. It took a week to get a reply to my email, which I had to send twice before I got a response. Instead of just sending a quick replacement shipment, I was given an online voucher. I cannot express how annoying this was and time consuming.
I am only ordering again because I feel like I have wasted my initial investment of $39.59; compounded with the fact that I am now 3 weeks behind in my planting season. These are for business use, not just another a hobby gardener. The delay in planting has now caused a major delay in harvest dates for my customers, meaning a delay in revenue for the farm. 5 Cafe Au Lait tubers produce about 40 cut stems in a season each: 5 x40=200 stems x $5 stem = $1,000 revenue. Let's say half of that was going to be harvested in July - well, that's not happening now. So I will be losing money in July now and there is no guarantee for an extended season into November, so once frost hits, that's it.
It is amazing how cutting corners with using less packing materials on your end, costs my company money on my end. So much money and time.
I will not be ordering again anytime soon unless you can prove in your next shipment that you taken my complaints about shipping seriously and made serious changes.
