Easy to navigate. Product colors and descriptions are good, but I can never find anyone that has my skin tone so it’s always a guess. I was using the old BB and in the summer had to mix light and ligh-medium so I ordered the same for the new BB.

I'm a big fan of Dr.Jart+ products and have bought them for many years, but recently I switched over to buying directly from Dr.Jart+ rather than from retailers like Sephora. Part of this is because of the regular sales and discounts offered on the website, as well as the bundle options of products I regularly use. Since Dr.Jart+ offers free shipping starting at a fairly low purchase price, it more than matches the free shipping with Sephora Rouge for me. It's also nice to get free samples and gifts with my purchase! Sephora offers samples too, but Dr.Jart+ obviously always sends Dr.Jart+ products (which I am more likely to use), and they are often full sized. The website functions well; I have no complaints about that.

I like that you can search products by product type (category) and also by skin care family (collection). It was easy to see all of the offers and promotional items that were in my cart, and I liked that the birthday promo could still apply even with the free gifts!

I've had a great experience with Dr. Jart+ products. They give my skin a healthy glow while providing excellent coverage. I wish there was a way to opt out of the "free gifts." I don't need items I didn't ask for cluttering up my home and in the interest of reducing my carbon footprint I don't usually get those. I didn't see a way to opt out of them though.
