I had no issues. Works well. I usually focus on the deals that I get rather than browsing. Your products are expensive but for the most part they are high quality so they should be more expensive than a home center. I want professional grade when I buy from you. I have only ever had problems with one cutter as a manufacturers defect.

I checked different sites on the Internet came around this site. The prices were good. It looked like that’s what I wanted and I went ahead and ordered the bits that I wanted plus some extra ones and because of the free two day shipping, I added enough product to go over $99

I have been looking for a 11/16 M42 dill bit for weeks, I have tried a few different types to dill 1/4 inch hardened red iron construction steel for my steel building with no luck. I read the reviews on here and now believe this is the right drill bit for the job.

I suggest that you list the sizes of your counterbores in order by size from smallest to largest. Or at least make this choice available. Also, I appreciate your stocking these counterbores in 1/64" increments. It has made my job much easier.

The chat box is difficult. Sometimes the chats do not flow well. I appreciate the eagerness of the bots and reps, but it would be better to transfer me to a sales associate sooner rather than later. Also when I asked for some quotes on counterbores, instead of getting a sales response I got a no quote possibly due to my asking specs. But a salesperson could have helped me to modify my request. Also, I think that you should offer a button on the item pages to select by size. Your sizes of drills and counterbores are all over the place. Finally I discovered your size preference button box but even it is out of order of size. I don't understand why you would not list sizes in order from smallest to largest important dimension. Your prices and shipping speed are great, and I look forward to using your merchandise.
