I wish the product pages would show what the packaging looks like. For example if the drill bit comes in a plastic tube, the photos should show that, it is helpful for resellers.

Paid $12.50 for UPS shipping that was supposed to be here in two business days and it wasn't. Took three days. I run a business and when it says two days and it doesn't arrive in the stated time that puts me in a bind!
