do not like the fact the the sale products were not returnable. Had to take a chance with size. There are no stores in the area to try sizes on. Sizes between manufacturers are very different. No returns seems unfair

Dover cancelled some of my items without telling me why. They never shipped a pair of boots but are marking it as delivered. In this shipment there was a pair of boots and a pair of half chaps, Dover said they shipped both under the same tracking number, but on the plastic envelope/bag with the half chaps the packing label said “package 1 of 1” so unless the boots got super flat and flexible they are just taking my money and not sending the product. I’m trying to work with their customer support to get a refund or get the boots I bought, but they are shutting down their customer service. One of my orders from a year ago (that I have long since received and been using) still says it’s out for delivery too

When I ordered English riding boots the app on the phone reset the wrong size on my order. I did not realize that this happened and checked out with the wrong size most likely due to poor internet connection. I IMMEDIATELY contacted customer service by email and by phone to cancel the order or fix the sizing. This happened literally within minutes of the purchase. Customer service never answered, I was on the phone nearly an hour before I finally hung up without every reaching anyone. I received an argumentative response by email informing me that all purchases are final. This was all taking place before the order had even been processed let alone was shipped. My husband made further phone calls also to no avail. Now I am stuck with boots XXL calf that fits NOONE! This could have easily been adjusted, but customer service chose not to do so. I will never purchase from you again nor will I ever recommend your store to anyone in the horse community.

I was very excited to get the writing boots on sale for $75 and then the next day they were down to 56 and I emailed hoping I could get the further reduction applied and have never heard back from Dover

I bought the Troxel light weight helmet that was recently on sale. I love it. It's very comfortable, nicely padded on the inside and light as a feather. Highly recommend this helmet. It's low profile and looks good on as well.

I bought a leather halter. There is glue all over it. I couldn’t even get it out of the bag. I can’t return it because all sales are final. My bargain halter is going to cost me more than if I bought it at a regular price

I love the experience. It’s a very easy website to manage and shop through. My only issue was when I would put a filter on to look for something specific. It was not very accurate, but besides that I have no complaints and it was amazing checkout was extremely easy.

not good at all. My 15 year old daughter ordered full seat breeches with her carefylly saved allowance money and we measured carefully. THe breeches are HUGE and not as desctibed. I measure the waist and it's not what the chart said. thers is no way my dau can use these and it says "all sales as of May are FINAL". this is a ridiculous policy. My dau doesn't have money to purchase again.

I love the IRH helmet, although I would have preferred black. You are the only place I could find them and they were very reasonable. Shipping was excellent. Unfortunately the size 12 jodhpurs were huge. They almost fit me (grandmother). The size 10s are tiny so I ordered a size 12 and they are huge. I would like to retunr them but it says no exchanges or refunds.
