It was hard to purchase the items. Sometimes they would appear on my chart and when u was about to pay for them it would tell me they were out of stock. Very annoying. I must of tried like 20 times in 2 days until finally could make the purchase. Something was wrong with the website. It wasn’t easy at all and kind of frustrating a bit. Also I had to add something last minute to avoid paying high shipping fees which was frustrating as well.

Honestly, it's been a little frustrating but I'm sure it's only due to the huge sale that is going on right now. I'll find something I want and when I went back to put it in my cart it was sold out but that was my fault! If you're shopping and find something you want you'd better buy it right then or someone else may purchase it! On a final note, I am really sad that Dover is closing. They were always the first place I would go to buy the things I needed/wanted.

I can’t get anyone to email me back or call me regarding my order. It’s been two weeks and it says out of stock online, but it still says that my order is confirmed if I do not hear back I’m going to have to file a credit card dispute.

Was sent incorrect items. A show coat that was in a bag marked with my ordered size of 00, but the coat inside is a size 2. Also bought a pair of tall field boots and a snap popped off when I was trying them on for the first time. Haven’t even worn them. Due to closing/clearance there is no options for customer service, corrections, or returns. They also cancelled another pair of boots on my order.

I ordered a girth and a shell settle pad. The girth came. The Saddle pad never came. There was no explanation. I tried to contact. It was impossible to get through on the telephone. I contacted by email no one ever responded. The pad never came and I had to order it from Amazon as I needed it for this Sunday for the Hampton classic for my granddaughter.
