There were two dissappointing aspects to my order. First was not having any communication about an item i ordered that was not sent - apparently because ot was out of stock, though in stock when I ordered it. It would have been good to have been notified rather than having to try to figure it out myself. I also think that the All Sales Final notification would have been more present at the beginning of the process. It may have been somewhere on your sight but it only became really visible after checking out. Too late!

Website was a little glitchy but overall manageable. I was able to easily sort and browse through the chaps and boots, as well as easily figure out the sizing of such. I was pleased with the discounts and checking out was very smooth.

Extremely disappointed that when I purchased a pair of field boots for my daughter, but I cannot return them or exchange them because there’s no return no exchange policy right now. They’re too tall for her legs and now I’m stuck with a pair of boots that she can’t wear.

I was under the impression that Dover was for horse care needs/tack and was surprised to find good pricing for breeches, helmets, and boots. These discounts really helped me be able to buy new breeches for this new upcoming season as I am a broke college student.

Made by purchase online, but there was an error in the size ordered. Tried to call, tried to email and tried live. Chat was told All were disabled. It would not be able to help me email said they had many responses and they try and get back to me. It has been two weeks and I’ve only received three items. I understand they are closing their doors but their Customer Service should be much better than it is and if this is how their Customer Service was no wonder they’re going out of business I would not recommend them to anyone. There are so many other online detailers that offer better service and correspondence still waiting on half of my order.

do not like the fact the the sale products were not returnable. Had to take a chance with size. There are no stores in the area to try sizes on. Sizes between manufacturers are very different. No returns seems unfair

Dover cancelled some of my items without telling me why. They never shipped a pair of boots but are marking it as delivered. In this shipment there was a pair of boots and a pair of half chaps, Dover said they shipped both under the same tracking number, but on the plastic envelope/bag with the half chaps the packing label said “package 1 of 1” so unless the boots got super flat and flexible they are just taking my money and not sending the product. I’m trying to work with their customer support to get a refund or get the boots I bought, but they are shutting down their customer service. One of my orders from a year ago (that I have long since received and been using) still says it’s out for delivery too

When I ordered English riding boots the app on the phone reset the wrong size on my order. I did not realize that this happened and checked out with the wrong size most likely due to poor internet connection. I IMMEDIATELY contacted customer service by email and by phone to cancel the order or fix the sizing. This happened literally within minutes of the purchase. Customer service never answered, I was on the phone nearly an hour before I finally hung up without every reaching anyone. I received an argumentative response by email informing me that all purchases are final. This was all taking place before the order had even been processed let alone was shipped. My husband made further phone calls also to no avail. Now I am stuck with boots XXL calf that fits NOONE! This could have easily been adjusted, but customer service chose not to do so. I will never purchase from you again nor will I ever recommend your store to anyone in the horse community.
