My overall interaction was amazing. This website is straightforward and extremely easy to handle and understand. This website also told me exactly what I was ordering and how much it costed before I placed my order, as well as mentioning to me that some of the items I had selected were out of stock, before I continued to the payment spot. Overall a very easy and well thought out website.

I ordered pants, saddle pad and a belt. The pants were as expected. The belt was not accurate to the sizing listed and the saddle pad did not come in because of inventory confusion. I was not offered any sort of resolution.

Nothing bad to say, I love Dover, you always have stuff I want, not always in my price range, found some great stuff on this purchase, I had a few other things in my cart over the last few days and just didn't pull the trigger because I knew I wasnt done yet but of course the sale items sold out so a lot of the item I had put in my cart sold out. Which is how it goes sometimes.

All the products arrived fine, but didn't realize they were not returnable or I would not have ordered two of the items that I wasn't sure were going to fit. I would be happy to exchange them or even get "credit" for them at Dover, who I've never had problems with before, but didn't even have a contact option attached to my order.

The Tipperary helmet was too tight with the foam that was installed. Disappointing as I did measure before ordering. I did find a thinner foam piece in the box and the fit works using it. I did have to drastically shorten the chin strap on the helmet.

I bought a girth the 48” was so very tight I could not buckle it. I returned it. So I bought a 50” girth and it was so big it could fit a Clydesdale!!! And have room to grow! Unfortunately, I cannot return it since all sales are final! Bummer
