I contacted customer service shortly after I place my order to not cancel my order but make one change. I was unable to make the change because I was as told there was a 45 min time limit to make any change cancel my order. Needless to say I received my order and will keep it but I am very reluctant to to place another order in the future.

the website is pretty user friendly, I was able to search what I was looking for by typing the style number, and that made it a lot easier, as I have been using this particular style my entire career, but is my 1st time buying online. I do wish the still offered a shade of blue that I no longer see.
