It took at least 20 minutes for me to buy the set that I wanted. It’s a rare color not too many people have it. I wanted it however, the purchase button to add the scrubs was very very tiny and took me a while to figure out.

I’m probably one of the few who liked the old style fabric of scrubs. I don’t care for all of the newer styles that are out now and dickies medical seems to be one of the few left that has the original fabric styles. I like loose baggy scrubs that feel like I’m wearing lightweight pajama pants. I don’t want scrubs that cling to me.

Easy to use website. However, it is quite upsetting to purchase scrubs from a medical-focused site and see that your career discounts include first responders, but exclude nurses, respiratory therapists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and many other healthcare professionals who are also on the front lines and make up a significant portion of your customer base. I hope you’ll consider expanding the discount to include these healthcare professionals as well. It would be a meaningful way to recognize and support the many people who dedicate their careers to caring for others.

I did want to share some feedback about the clothing. The texture and material feel smooth and nice, which I really like. However, the uniform arrived quite crumpled, and I found it very difficult to straighten out. I would also like to mention my experience with the shipping partner, UPS Kuwait. Unfortunately, their communication and customer updates were quite poor. When there was incomplete information or additional data needed for the shipment, I did not receive timely or clear notifications about what was required from either the customer or the shipper. This caused unnecessary delays and confusion during the delivery process. I hope this feedback can be shared with the relevant team, as better communication from the shipping partner would make the overall ordering and delivery experience much smoother. Thank you for your assistance and for taking my feedback into consideration.

Unfortunately Dickies no longer makes the line that fit me best. So guess these will do. These look large and loose fitting. I prefer them not to be so baggy.
