I needed help and advice, frantically looked for a phone number. Found one and called it several times even did a chat a few times actually it was the email. The email response contended that I had the right phone number, but I never could get through. So I finally sent another email insisting on someone calling me back. No that was a chat! They kept telling me that they couldn’t call me back. I kept insisting on a callback. Finally, someone responded to any email that I would receive call back the next morning. That was a lot of frustration very lengthy, tedious and a bit mind-boggling. I was getting angry! Actually, I gave up on everything thinking. I probably wouldn’t even receive a car back. Surprisingly the next morning I did receive a call back. The lady was extremely nice and very very helpful. But it should not have taken all of that to finally get the right information. she informed me that they only answer the phone, and the phones only worked during normal eastern time business hours. She gave me those hours and I wrote them down. In fact, I even have them logged in my book as to the times that you answer the phone. You almost lost a customer, you came very close to it. If I had not of been as persistence as I was, you would’ve lost a customer… ME
Anyway thank you for finally helping me. I’m very pleased to find that you have many of the products I would like to either try or have been using. I will spread the word and try to tell people to only call that phone number within certain times
