I have been ordering things from you guys for a long time. And I've never been so disappointed in my last 2 items that I have received from you. Both items indicated that they would fit my bike. And neither one of them did. I bought some hard case saddle bags from you guys. That indicated that they would fit. They never did, and also a petcock that I ordered, that did not fit. I will save the petcock and the bags for one of my other bikes

Pretty easy to navigate. Called to speak to customer service to inquire if you had a riser set in 5" that was , otherwise identical to the kit I saw. He said NO. But I ordered the 4" anyway because the tech explained that the top clamp I have probably won't work be aise the risers are angled on the top. So I'm gonna try them with my bars swindled a bit forward. He said I can return them, no problem if it doesn't work out. So, we'll see when they get here.

Luckily, after speaking with the manufacturer I learned that they don't make what I needed anymore. They said if Dennis Kirk had it, that's where I could purchase it. There was one left in stock, so I bought it. I lucked out as it recently changed to 10% off regular price. I appreciate the free shipping. I spoke to 2 customer service folks to confirm fitment, and they agreed with what I had found that which was the correct option.
