The website is pretty good, but some of the search features aren't great and some of the descriptions are a little vague. If you are selling luggage you need to have an accurate measure, not several different ones that confuse.

I really like ordering from Dennis Kirk. The only thing I wish would come back is the free next day delivery on orders over $99. I live in Minnesota and sometimes it’s 2-3 days before I get my parts. I used to order more when I could get it the next day. Now I shop around for the best prices because it takes the same amount of time as other companies to get parts.

I received the HJC helmet I ordered and it was good. I did not receive the oil filter that I placed on the same order. There was no explanation or call out of only being a partial shipment. I don't know if it is still coming or if it got lost in shipment!!! Very disappointed!

had a hard time finding a wire harness for this 2010 FLHXXX, I hope this will work! For a trailer. I could not find an exact fit. As I have purchased a Kuryocin hitch! I think the mechanic can figure something out real easy.
