Horrible nothing but a money grab company. Customer service hung up and transferred calls 4 times . All I wanted was to stop a mistake how selfish and rude to treat your customers with disrespect and basically saying we got your money and your parts but you can't get them for months because we GOT you and your money and your Motorcycle and I have done nothing wrong but the choice of doing business with the wrong money grab company. Who is not the only place to get parts and be rudly disrespected by your by your agents . I am a 68 year old biker and will post sign of disrespect on my food service vending spots at all national and local venues Motorcycle shows. THE END

The detail of all parts are very descriptive. The website was very easy to work with except I couldn’t find a way to get a promo code for 5% off or 10% off. I don’t like this survey for $100 in magazines. I’d rather a $100 gift card. The magazines are scams to get you locked into autopay or auto-renewals.

I found all the parts I needed at a decent price. I wish wheel seals came in a multi-pack at a discounted rate instead of buying them individually. The additional $5 fee for buying a tire threw me off. But overall a good experience.
