Checkout could be easier. Follow Amazon's model; make it easy for the customer. Get terms/categorization right. A wheel cylinder and a master cylinder are not the same thing.

Dennis Kirk always does a really good job. That being said,I did have an issue with a wheel I ordered from them. The issue came in because DK middle man’s these wheels from v-twin. V/twin did not have the wheel in stock and Dk’s website does not reflect V-twins stock..,so basically I was waiting for a wheel that was never coming,or at least not anytime in the near future. And until I called customer service 2-3 times before I found out. And a few of the customer service people were quik to point out that they answered the phone for minimum wage and did not care about my problem. But as soon as I spoke with a manager,they wet Extremely nice,helpful,and compensated me very well for my time and trouble. So I have nothing bad to say about Dk and they are the company that I buy 85% of my parts from. I suggested they try to find a way to fix the glitch in the website that allows people to buy a wheel that isn’t available,and they are looking into it. All in all Dennis Kirk is one of the best parts suppliers there is.

The part ordered was an exact fit as stated on order and arrived at my front door within a week of ordering. The part was securely wrapped preventing scratches and damage while being shipped. Everything needed for fitting was included. I got an Eagle Head horn cover from them and I would definitely use Dennis Kirk in the future.
