Post-Delivery FeedbackDec 27, 2025
Why did tell my friends I posted it all over my social media my package said delivered. It wasn’t in my mailbox. I left a note for my mailman. He said he hasn’t seen it. Went to email through your method of contact online twice never received anything back called. Spoke to a lady old white lady very rude. I kept telling her I didn’t get my package it says delivered. What do I do? She didn’t give me any solutions basically kept telling me I was out of luck. I felt defeated. This was a Christmas present. My husband was gonna have nothing under the tree because this is literally all he wanted and the package wasn’t here two days before Christmas I’m like pleading with her. Is there anything I could do? Didn’t give me any options so I hung up I was hanging up. I called her a name. The lady proceeded to call me back. She called me back and said yeah yeah I’m the one you just called a bitch too. I wanna let you know. I think you stole it. Yep this will be the last time I will ever do business with you guys thankfully, the neighbors during the package over left it for us and told him that was Misdelivered. Had that not happen? Your company would’ve thought I stole the package and I would’ve been out $135. I did speak with her upper management, but that lady was a joke as well and said I should’ve never called her name I was in the wrong as well, but the thing about that is as I work in customer service and I cannot speak to people the way, they spoke to me. I don’t work for your company, and I have freedom of speech to say whatever the hell I want and if I felt like the lady was giving me no options and I called her that Maybe she should work on her customer service skills so this never happens again. I’m glad I got my product back. The filter itself is amazing. The lady in the office should not have ever dialed my phone number called me back to let me know if she thinks I stole the product. I’ve told thousands of people already I went to social media told every person at our three Christmas parties. I’m appalled.
