Experience was fine but scrolling through the pictures should be improved by being able to swipe the picture rather than having to click the thumbnail. Also kept getting a strange pop up say something about limit to one item when selecting my three samples.

We first found these ceiling tiles online at a local home store then called Decorative Ceiling Tiles to ask additional questions about the product. Darian Wise was so friendly and helpful that we continued working with her. Kenzie Neal has also been a tremendous help in learning about the product and ordering samples. Both of them are always so knowledgeable and friendly - no matter how silly the question. We are excited by the product and love this company!!!

I do wish there was a shipping option in between free ground and $151 fed ex. Maybe just expedited warehouse? Like, guaranteed in hands of shipper before last UPS pickup if ordered by X time EST? I ordered the first 75 tiles through Amazon, then the next 10. Amazon ran out then I had to get the final ten direct from Decorative Ceiling Tiles. I did use the recommended glue to install, and also silver colored Arrow staples along the overlapped edge.

Appreciate the how-to videos. Search process could use a little tweak. Explanations on how some of the molding angles work would be helpful, ie, when you ask just to choose either the 45 or 90 degree angle is that the actual wall or mitre? Photos and cross sections are great. Model rooms are good.
