We love this product! First purchase was in 2023. This is our third purchase. I’m a general contractor and tell a lot of friends and clients your crown molding and how easy it is to work with and how great it looks.

Overall, the website is fairly easy to navigate. Information is easy to find; however, if there was a way to streamline the appearance (a little more "minimalist") it may provide a nice, contemporary feel to the experience.

It was awesome that Decorative Ceiling Tiles had this product after my initial purchase 3 years ago. I thought I had purchased enough, but I needed to order more. It was expensive and the tiles are harder to cut than I thought they would be, but I'm very happy overall.

I had already ordered crown molding, and I found that it was hard to find dimensions for the corner pieces to make sure that they would appropriately line up or be larger than the molding I am installing.

Hi, the site was fine....it is obvious that much thought has gone into the creation of this site. i did notice that the search feature NEVER returned any results at all. When i entered part numbers...nothing...search for cutter tools...nothing...search for anything...nothing. Also i tried to apply the coupon code and it didn't work...then fiddled around with free vs. ups ground and it worked. Had to re-shop my items though as my cart got cleared completely. I will be back for sure.

Was fine until checkout. I had applied the COUPON from my email and then when I selected Free Shipping, it refused the coupon and added the $ back on. I finally realized I had to choose UPS Ground to keep the coupon applied. It was just frustrating and unclear.

I was originally planning to purchase these ceiling tiles from Lowe’s, but the available box quantities didn’t provide quite enough square footage for my project. I only needed a few additional tiles, and fortunately, ChatGPT directed me to Decorative Ceiling Tiles, a company I hadn’t previously heard of. I’m so glad I discovered them! The entire ordering process was seamless, from creating an account and receiving a 10% discount to checking out and completing my purchase. Everything was straightforward, quick, and user-friendly. I had a great first experience and will definitely consider Decorative Ceiling Tiles for future projects!

The adhesive I purchased worked perfectly with the ceiling planks it was used to glue up. I would only use this adhesive as it was designed for use with these ceiling planks and other adhesives will show through. The only "bad" thing is that the company is out of stock of the ceiling tiles and I need more. But, that has nothing to do with the purchase of adhesive.
