I do wish there was a shipping option in between free ground and $151 fed ex. Maybe just expedited warehouse? Like, guaranteed in hands of shipper before last UPS pickup if ordered by X time EST? I ordered the first 75 tiles through Amazon, then the next 10. Amazon ran out then I had to get the final ten direct from Decorative Ceiling Tiles. I did use the recommended glue to install, and also silver colored Arrow staples along the overlapped edge.

Appreciate the how-to videos. Search process could use a little tweak. Explanations on how some of the molding angles work would be helpful, ie, when you ask just to choose either the 45 or 90 degree angle is that the actual wall or mitre? Photos and cross sections are great. Model rooms are good.

A place an order on August 2 expecting them to be delivered by the end of that week the following Monday I had to call and it was then discovered that they had never been picked up by the carrier. They were still in the warehouse so I’m not sure where the breakdown was there, but my matter wasn’t dealt with that morning it was an answer came to me at approximately 5 o’clock that evening, which was frustrating even after I come back a second time I still couldn’t give me an answer once they were mailed I received them in a timely fashion via FedEx.
