The instructions that were provided weren't 100% accurate...but they were close enough to get me over the finish line. Bypassing the OEM amplifier was a real...blank...it took forever to remove the connector without the right tool and the fear of damaging it and having to replace it. Was real happy with the order process, put in your vehicle and all the options popped up and you end up ordering what you need to get the job done without having to go back and forth to the hardware store.

When I added speakers to my cart it suggested an install harness. I didn't even know a harness was available. That was great so I added it. But then when my cart got cleared and I entered the speakers again, it didn't suggest the harness. So I had to go find it. I was surprised it didn't offer it the second time. I've been ordering from Crutchfield for over 40 years. I really like the installation information that's available so I order the right stuff. I do the bulk of my shopping on Amazon but when it comes to car audio, I use Crutchfield. I know it probably costs me a little more at least in some cases but I appreciate the expertise and information that Crutchfield offers so I'm more than happy to spend extra to make sure you stay in business.

I enjoyed the simplicity of having only options available to my car and the details provided. The only issues today was with the sound comparison tool - it wouldn’t consistently play and I had to refresh everytime it stopped, just for it to stop again.
