Quick, easy, painless. My biggest issue was a lack of clarity on vehicle fitment options - there is a menu to see mounting depth and the like but I couldn't immediately tell how to access that menu. Great experience aside

So I purchased the stereo from Crutchfield and quickly realised I need speakers so I went browsing around looking at different options and pricing and then just to get some advice I thought I'd call an advisor and he kind of confirmed what I was thinking and I ended up placing the order and buying the speakers, made everything sound 100% better

It automatically filtered out any Polk speakers when it searched for speakers to fit my truck. I had to search again, POLK. These fit but might need modification. But they’re Polk quality. I knew there had to be some. Weird it didn’t show as an option in the search.

Easy to order online with great prices. Big plus is the adapters and wiring harness that is included with the purchase. The price is already competitive for the speaker I purchased but adding in the adapter and hardness needed for install makes it a no brainer.

Ordered a scratch and dent amplifier, a NAD 3050. The NAD came in on time and when hooked up to my system did not work. No sound from Line input. I called Crutchfield support and had another NAD 3050 (new) mailed to me. it arrived within 72 hours and worked perfectly. I was very impressed, although I wish the first one would have worked, it would have saved some hassle.
