Crutchfield had product at same price as Amazon, but the Amazon supplier was a third party I did not know. Furthermore, Crutchfield offers support which has been effective for me in the past. I['d prefer Crutchfield every time if prices were competitive.

Good experience shopping and purchasing using Crutchfield. I've been a customer since the 1980's. I am a auto tinkerer and have been my whole life. I have after market stereo equiptment in my 2003 F250, so the dash has been modified for dual Din stereos. Only complaint (soft complaint) would be that your notes about the stereo purchase doesn't fit my F250. You should have an option on my garage vehicles saying that this vehicle has been modified to accept DIN or dual DIN sized radios.

Overall a positive experience. I told sales person what i was replacing, he assured me this selection was right for me. When radio arrived, i knew it wouldnt work as intended. I needed a radio with 3 camera outputs, a rear camera and R & L blinker cameras. I had to talk to tech support, who told me to order (4) more cables to make connections, to make it work costing an additional $180. I have to take it to an installer now. I believe kenwood probably makes a double din head unit with the 4 camera outputs already to plug and go.
