Easy to order, but almost overwhelming selection. I wonder about the quality of the the specialized brands (e.g., Kicker, Memphis Audio), and should probably research them more. But anything have got be an improvement over the clapped out stock speakers in my 25 year old truck

I am happy with the products I purchased they provide a great sound upgrade to my truck. I was not happy with the mirroring of my cellular phone because it provided such a small picture on the screen but I do not blame crutchfield or Kenwood for my ignorance of how that worked. I am 100% satisfied with the customer support because I had an issue with the radio upgrading the time to 4 hours in advance and customer support told me exactly how to correct the issue which was corrected by adjusting a setting.

I mounted a backup camera upside down and was hoping it could be flipped by software. It seems that "flipping" is right/left rather than up/down, but it is not yet clear to me if the Sony can actually do what I want. I ended up flipping the camera over and everything works fine, but it took more time.

6/20/2026 After looking at many reviews on YouTube I decided to try them. What a difference. The OEM dash speakers are junk on a 2014 Dodge Charger SXT. Install instructions on YouTube show one plastic pry tool. I needed 2. The adapter plug that comes with it is a big plus. No splicing. Sound quality increased 100%.
