I like the feature that shows me the frequently bought stuff alongside the item, searching for items/filtering through items work very quickly and easily. Customer support is also very great. I use Crutchfield for mostly any stereo equipment.

First I have to say I have always had amazing results from Crutchfield. That being said I know you must have some challenging purchases but the verification phone call was a little odd. After placing the order I was under the impression that everything was a go but while I am at work the next day I receive numerous calls saying call us now about your order? I was sure you were going to give me bad news about my order. The only thing stranger is that after all these verifications your amazing tracking system is the only thing that saved me when ups completed a no knock and no signature delivery of this amazing stereo equipment. It was left sitting in the driveway near the garage with someone sitting inside waiting for the delivery. Thankfully as soon as your email came through I had my daughter on the phone and searching for the delivery. Just seems a little odd ending to such a careful process. But all safe…. Thank you very much for offering such amazing products.

Crutchfield's website is easy to navigate and to find good deals. Website is very helpful in comparing other similar products carried by Crutchfield, which is done automatically. Easy checkout process. Nice to be able to accumulate reward points. Additional discount ($15) for "no rush" shipping is nice if one can wait for 3 to 4 days, why not.
