Lack of instructions

Well I received this radio harness for my truck this past week and went to install it today-Saturday, and there are missing wires/ plugs that should go to my factory harness. Also the radio plug end is just a bunch of wires and no instructions . I purchased this thinking it was plug and play. I need a schematic or something to try and make this work. HIGHLY disappointed and wish for a refund.
