I have installed quite a few car stereos in the past. This was by far the most difficult, due to the complexity of the new equipment, and the requirement that I cut out a piece of the dash so the new stereo would fit. I called customer support twice; once to find out if there were any options besides cutting the dash, and once because I could not get certain features to work (due to my not making the correct connections). In both cases, the techs were extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. They also knew exactly what my problems were, and talked me through them to a successful outcome. The end result was a car stereo install that just worked, and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use Crutchfield again, and I would not hesitate to recommend Crutchfield to anyone looking for car audio upgrades.
