I enjoyed the fact that you can compare multiple different stereos to each other in a clear and visually appealing way. I appreciated all of the filter options, however there were so many it was a little overwhelming. I do appreciate the different package deal offers I wish there was a clear option under to select specific parts from the packages that you would like to purchase without having to individually search for the pieces. Overall I loved this website and the different ways you are able to search for exactly what you need.

Crutchfield had a lot of different things to choose from, and helped me find what I wanted. Everything was pretty affordable too. The shipping was free, but rather slow, however I don’t particularly mind that much. The products were in perfect condition when I got them, so they weren’t damaged when shipping. Overall pretty good experience, especially for Alaska.

The tv is great,but that 2to3 days delivery time was lacking. It took 6 days. The tracking changed three times and gave three different delivery days. Its tough to plan your day when you have to be there to accept delivery. Its frustrating as hell. I hope that system gets better going forward. Cheers!

Very easy to find what you need and what you want for the next audio upgrade. The user interface is very simple, and the chat bot is helpful as long as you are clear with your questions. Crutchfield has a great website and recommends correct products. The missing pieces of information in my particular purchase were the lack of info about the entry level Jensen MPR2110 I purchased when it came to using the Maestro SR Interface and the lack of bluetooth connectivity with Google Pixel phones (Samsung Galaxy phones connect fine). The Maestro SR did not have a flash program for the Jensen MPR2110, but after talking to Crutchfield Tech Support, I was told to contact Maestro because they might have a correct "pin out" from a sister brand. Maestro was closed for the weekend as that was Friday evening. I used Gemini AI to help me find an equivalent in Boss Audio. That worked well. My only complaint about the unit is that it will not communicate with the Google Pixel phones even after I went into developer mode and tried dialing back to older updates. Apparently the antenna and associated software that is used does not play nice with entry level bluetooth.

Dillon, the technician I spoke to through the website's chat feature, was very helpful in finding the parts I needed, and the interface couldn't have been easier for me to add things to my cart that he had found. I wanted to move my head unit from one car to another, and I'd purchased it and the harness from Crutchfield years ago. While I was hoping for the custom-made harness that made the original a complete breeze, Dillon reassured me this shouldn't be terribly difficult to assemble.
