I don’t like that I am offered a complimentary item but get no choice in what I get. When items are out of stock there should be a way to pay for it and receive shipment when it returns in stock. That way you are not purchasing items you don’t really need in order to meet some minimum purchase amount fir free shipping or gift with purchase minimum.

It’s easier to order online than to shop in- store. I’ve experienced long wait times, some stores don’t have the product in stock. Don’t even offer free stuff.

The website is fine. My issues are with Clinique discontinuing great products that I would have purchased my entire life. It's happened multiple times. I won't be purchasing new Clinique products in the future, so hopefully they keep making the things that I like and not increasing the prices beyond my means.

Difficulty finding authentic Clinique site So many pop ups and I don't know who I am dealing with. Also Clinique products on some sites show products not available on Clinique site. Eg. Clinique Aromatics! shower wash scent that I used to use?

There are not enough choices in the eyeshadow and eye primer. The mascara tube is smaller than it was - less product for the same price. Wow - fast delivery! Everything I ordered came nicely packaged.

I went through check out and they offered an additional deal which included buying makeup and getting a makeup brush set for an additional 21 $ but when I added a foundation the deal was not longer there. Not sure why that happened.

Everything went well, just was a little disappointed that the free makeup bag w/ Clinique products inside, if you purchased $85.00 or more, got it free, but then they said that because they give free shipping, that they can't include the free makeup bag. I guess I think now that I should from now on go to a store to get my Clinique Products.Also, I was to get 15% off my order because it is my first order, was a lil disappointed in that too. All and all thank you, and the agent that chatted with me and answered my questions was awesome, professional, kind, knowledgeable, patient, her name started with a A, and was about 7 or 8 letters long. Wonderful lady, deserves a raise.

Shopping was very easy to navigate but finding a live chat, customer service email and customer service phone number was difficult and not very straightforward. I would have preferred a customer service or 'Contact us' tab at the bottom of each page. Wait times for help with a live agent was also too long, I have had to try 3 separate times to even get my issues addressed which was inconvenient but once I was able to get in touch with a customer service rep, they were fantastic and my issue was able to get resolved efficiently. Hargun had really helped turned the negative experiences around positively.

I found it extremely difficult to access my points to obtain a free gift. When I finally got there, there was only 1 product to choose at my reward point. There need to be a lot more choices, instead of the little bag which is usually filled with stuff I don't use.

I’m very unhappy that the face bar soap has been discontinued. This was a premium product that left no slippery feeling residue after rinsing (like the liquid cleansers do) and did not irritate my skin. It needs to be brought back.
