I’ve been using CLINIQUE for a long time and very happy with products. However the website is a bit confusing, especially the rewards… I already collect points but it’s telling me to join again, also choosing the reward products is difficult. I press on the item for the point range Tim allowed to but nothing happens. So do you want to give me these products I’ve accumulated or not…

I spent hours trying to redeem 3 separate offers, a birthday reward - no choice given for gift, an anniversary reward-no code received so could not redeem and redemption of 698 points- website would not let me select the items to make up the 698 points. I don’t like how u put only one or two products on sale (eg lipstick only) as I find it hard to find anything else on sale that I need at the time. Therefore I have to pay shipping. I had to buy two of the same lipstick just so I don’t get charged shipping. I may not want to use the same color by the time I use up my first stick. Also I don’t get any free products like I usually do with other purchases.

Online ordering easy. I am not happy with your points system. I should be able to choose the bonuses I want. For example small samples of cream, mascara, lipstick etc. I don’t like the way your program limits what I can choose. Shoppers Drug Mart never have Clinique samples. With the closure of Hudson Bay your points system is a major disappointment.

Your website needs to join the current century for online shopping experience. It’s unbelievable that you don’t show each shade applied on a model! How? To complete my purchase today I had to do a deep dive online and untilize AI/ChatGPT to determine, colour, shade, undertone, etc. if your intent is to sell product, make it easier! You will sell more. I have. I sited your website often but then give up, because of of extremely limited consumer information. And consider having a bigger TikTok / Instagram presence. Join social media!!!

All good except I tried a new mascara —high impact high-fi full volume because chubby lash is on back order. Did not like it one bit. Leaves residue on lashes and is hard to wash off. Dies nothing much for my lashes.
