I wrote out my comments, but they disappeared on your site. I don't have time to write them all out again! when I went to London Drugs and checked out as a guest it was straightforward. At first, because my email address has changed, I had trouble ordering from Amazon. It kept insisting on the former address and credit card (which was compromised), Shopper's Drug mart did the same Thing. I had to persist!

Using the Clinique website works for me as the store ( Hudson Bay) that was my "go to" for Clinique products for almost 40 years closed. It's hard to find Clinique products now in physical stores except for drugstores where not all of the products that I like are available.

Always enjoy shopping Clinique and much rather shop online than going to a store. Like the function of allowing removal a product right to the last minute. Just to be sure I really want it. The free gifts and points system are a real incentive to stay with Online Clinique.

The Clinique website was too slow. i recieved an email that the lroduct was ordered and when it was shipped but communication stopped after that ... i ordered facial soap (cake of soap) which was unavailable for many, many months.

With the closure of the Bay...I have no idea where else to get your products,so I have started searching out other local brands. I looked forward to the "gift with purchase" twice a year... for my "travel" sized products, so I appreciate the chance to replenish these little guys on line. I was disappoinged though to find most of the chubby lip sticks out of stock. I found the site very slow to react to touch on my Ipad...not sure if it's a user issue or if you've had other complaints.
