A little confusing. One size of the moisturizer I wanted was on sale so I ordered 2 so I would qualify for the free gift but it would not accept it. When I cleared it from my cart to try again, the item was no longer on sale!?

Your website has terrible reviews, I almost didn't reorder, so many complaints of changing products and your standard canned responses, I have only ordered once before, the only reason I continue to order is because I have dry allergy prone eyes. It would be great to do a marketing campaign showing you are listening and trying to improve. Reviews count for a lot. Also, the promotion of free products was great, but vague on how to get or find, I actually gave up and checked out and there was the offer. Thank you though, excited for my free samples.

I’m 80 years old. I have been using Clinique products for 60 years. Obviously, I’m pretty satisfied.. people I encounter are usually extremely surprised to learn my age. Part of this is because I have used Clinique faithfully every day for most of my life.. I also like your makeup products. They are usually smooth and creamy and work well on older skin.

I came to get sunscreen and none were available. When I clicked on the new section, one of the sunscreen links brought me to a broken link, which was annoying. But very happy with the free gifts and was also happy that when I forgot my password, my credit card info was erased - I appreciate that extra layer of protection.

However the website is a bit confusing, especially the rewards… I already collect points but it’s telling me to join again, also choosing the reward products is difficult.
