In the past, I have had issues with your delivery service but not for this particular purchase. They never bothered to try to deliver the parcel to my apartment and left a note for me to pick it up. This time, though, they did their job.

Website was good…my disappointment is that you still advertise a product but do not deliver it. I’ve been using the bar soap for decades and you still show it on your website but it’s been unavailable for over a year! This is false advertising…hoping people stay and use what’s available. It makes me sad as it really is the only facial cleanser worth using and yes, that includes Clinique products!

I’ve enjoyed using Clinique products for many years now. I used to buy from department stores, now online . I do miss the department store experience, trials of new products with samples and choosing colours was simpler .

Your courier is always late. I've ordered from you at least 5 times & they have never delivered on time There us always a weather issue even if it's already sitting in the warehouse in Edmonton. I find this incredibly frustrating. I also have tons of points but the products I buy are never an option I use quite bit of your smart line & 100hr moisture surge.

Today, only issue was that you did not have the product that I wanted to redeem. I found out the hard way. Over 700 points to spend, and after multi0e phone calls and on chats, I could only redeem points for 1 product per order. In the past, I was able to call and speak to someone in North America, ( not the Philippines) to redeem my points. Not anymore apparently! What is the point of reward points?

I purchased the lip gloss trio for my sister's birthday. She was very pleased with her gift along with the Clinique Happy perfume gift set I purchased online for her last year. We both love Clinique make up, skin care and perfume. Too bad you no longer carry the powder foundation shade anymore that I used for years. The substitute shade isn't the same so I no longer buy it from Clinique but from Mac.

I use this site frequently - difficult to know if your birthday prize is included in order - I just ordered and I assume it did not take even though I added it - also, pop ups from the dashboard often get in the way or proceeding however, all good if you know what you are looking for.

The website works great in terms of search and checkout but could use more clarity in terms of product being appropriate or not appropriate for a skin type. For example if Type 2 skin is appropriate for a particular cleanser was confusing. My biggest concern though is the discontinuation of your bar soap. After using it for over 40 years with amazing results, I have been spending a lot on your products to try and replace it. I am going all in on your foaming rinse off cleanser as my latest attempt to find something close that has lather and is not too drying like your bar soap. Your end of marketing of the soap bar and mapping to new products were really not strong in this case. I love your products but really feel like the ball was dropped on this one and I will be forced to switch brands if this foaming cleanser doesn’t work as I’ve tried nearly all others to no avail.

It is difficult to figure out your smart rewards redemption gifts. You need to go to the smart rewards section and scroll down to see which gifts you can get. This is not user friendly and surely many miss out on gifts they did not know they qualify for. In your shopping bag, there should be a reminder or link to gifts you qualify for.

Not just today. Consistent issues with rewards program - availability of birthday and anniversary rewards. I have spent over an hour of my time on online chats in the last few weeks and the issue was never sorted. My points expire soon so I “spent” them but never did get a satisfactory resolution otherwise. Git conflicting information within minutes of each other during chat last evening. Very frustrating. I am a long-time customer and love the products but the website drives me crazy.
