I tried to order from the website twice (last night and this morning) after receiving 2 emails about this particular promotion within 2 days, and both times it was denied due to an “exclusion”. I called customer support, and there were discrepancies at every turn. First, I was told it was because it was an American promo - not true, as it was sent from Clinique Canada. Next I was told it was because the promo expired - also not true as the fine print in the emails stated the promo expires Nov 2 @ 3am (It’s only Nov 1 @ 3pm. Then when looking at the second email sent, it advertised my product as one of the promotional items, so it wasn’t because it was excluded. Plus they offer products for different types of skin, why would one dramatically different product be excluded? That would mean customers that need that version would never be able to take advantage of the promos. This is the second time Clinique’s promotions didn’t work for me, but the last time I just didn’t bother buying anything as I didn’t have the time to call and have a representative investigate. On top of that, this is the third time I had an issue with Clinique’s website. My order got cancelled 3 times because the website didn’t like my address even though months prior I had made an order with zero issues. I also confirmed with my bank as Clinique told me it was my bank who cancelled the payments. That wasn’t true. In fact, my bank told me that they approved my purchase all 3 times and that Clinique was cancelling the orders. To make matters worse, both this time and the time it was cancelled 3 times, I needed to pay full price and THEN Clinique would honour their promotion manually. This is unacceptable! When a store offers a discount or promotion, it happens immediately and automatically, not once you’ve paid for the item(s). Otherwise, that’s false advertisement. I follow a 3-strikes your out philosophy, so if this happens again I’ll be finding another skincare company. I’ve been using Clinique for 35 years and I’ve never had these types of experiences before. It seems to have started happening since Sears and The Bay went under, and from then on there has been nothing but problems! Shame on you Clinique! As a side, the representative I spoke to was very polite, helpful, and understanding. She advocated for me, and did her best to correct the issue. The principle of the matter is not a customer service issue, but a company/ website issue. Customers should not have to contact customer support for every single purchase they make to ensure the promotions are honoured!

I usually purchase when there’s some sort of promotion. It’s often not clear why certain products don’t qualify for the promotion. That part is cumbersome, which leads to annoyance. Sometimes it’s just easier to buy your products in person at another retailer, and then they’ll give you the free promotional gifts. Clinique is my favourite makeup line, but it’s not always as easy as it should be to buy from the website.

While I like the Clinique products, I have a problem with their support. As a MALE, I placed my o4der and was given several free products. I spoke to someone at Clinique and asked if it would be possible to have MALE related products rather than what was offered. Why can’t Clinique fully cater to providing their special offers to both Males and Females respectively. The products from the offer I received are of no use to me whatsoever (makeup items, makeup removals items etc). Also, the person I spoke to was absolutely no help at all and I asked for a supervisor, which she said wasn’t available and I asked for a manager to call me, which never happened. This is why Clinique get such a poor rating from me and why, I probably wouldn’t recommend them to others. If this survey is serious, then I would expect a follow-up call from Clinique. Thank you

More recently purchased limited edition hot pink Great Skin, Great Cause: Limited-Edition Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion+™ Product Size One Size, with key chain wish that this product remains for future!! I have returned to using Clinique products after several years. One reason is the absence of any fragrance in the moisturizer and mascara. I love their products. I used to buy at eatons and Sears until they folded. But now I can purchase online

I wrote out my comments, but they disappeared on your site. I don't have time to write them all out again! when I went to London Drugs and checked out as a guest it was straightforward. At first, because my email address has changed, I had trouble ordering from Amazon. It kept insisting on the former address and credit card (which was compromised), Shopper's Drug mart did the same Thing. I had to persist!

Using the Clinique website works for me as the store ( Hudson Bay) that was my "go to" for Clinique products for almost 40 years closed. It's hard to find Clinique products now in physical stores except for drugstores where not all of the products that I like are available.

Always enjoy shopping Clinique and much rather shop online than going to a store. Like the function of allowing removal a product right to the last minute. Just to be sure I really want it. The free gifts and points system are a real incentive to stay with Online Clinique.

The Clinique website was too slow. i recieved an email that the lroduct was ordered and when it was shipped but communication stopped after that ... i ordered facial soap (cake of soap) which was unavailable for many, many months.
