Overall, easy to find what I was looking for. However, it took three tries for me to find the Clinique for Men Broad Spectrum (I still can’t remember what it’s called) … Anyway, it didn’t show up when I searched for sunscreen, nor SPF, but I was finally able to track it down by looking through the entire Clinique for Men line.

My issue was rewards. I had over 700 points near my anniversary date, and was only able to get 1 product. The one I wanted was not available. Had to settle for something else. Called 3 times, and was speaking to people in the Philippines. In the past I could call and redeem my points over the phone.

I am using the SPF 50 mineral sunscreen fluid for face for a long time, i love this product, the white cast doesn't affect the asian, suddenly this product is out of stock and now even seems not manufacturing, I have to look for other brand of SPF. Please there is lots of customer we like this mineral one, i hope it will come back soon.

I want to have products that are not glass so I can take the products with me in sports bags or open them at end to use all of the product. All products must be less than 99 grams so I can travel with them. Glass is awful for packing and being active with your products. I always check in a store first. I bought a different face cream. didn't know about this surge product and I regret buying two bottles of sub par cream I like getting free shipping. I wish the points were visible in how they are applied.

The website is very sensitive.. it switches to another screen when I didn't click on it. It was hard to find the product I wanted. I had to just do a search on the name. I decided to remove one item from my basket and it took a while to get it out. I had to start the process again. I love Clinique products but not really a fan of this website.
