I really love ypur stuff I always buy because of the gift with purchase my order total shoukd have gotten me one full sized product and a 7 piece gift set however it would not allow me to add those things to my cart so thay was pretty disappointing I settled for the the samples tha6 I could put in my cart but I really did want my free full-size and 7 pc gift set .

I've been using clinique for many years. There's no issue with the product, but the website when trying to find what I wanted was very frustrating. I couldn't find how to change the quantity I wanted, so I had to exit the site and re-enter (twice), as I changed my mind on one of the products and decided to try a new one. Again, I couldn't find how to remove an item from my cart. Not everyone using your site grew up ordering things online. I feel your cart could use some upgrading to make it more user friendly, especially for those considering new products or unsure what they want.

I placed an order through your website during a promotion that included a free gift. However, when I received my package, the gift was missing. After contacting customer service through online chat, I was informed that my order originally qualified for the free gift, but the gift was out of stock when the order was packed. I was then promised a replacement gift and was even asked to choose an alternative item. I was told that I would receive an email to confirm the replacement, but I never received any email. It has now been several weeks, and I still have not received the replacement gift or any update regarding this issue. I have spent a considerable amount of time following up, and I am disappointed that the matter remains unresolved.

Offers glitched. Kept saying I qualified for a free full size sample but when clicked said this offer expired. That was pretty frustrating. Also not easy to change quantity or a reorder form cart on mobile. The mobile experience needs a lot of work to improve the experience. I usually prefer using my computer for this reason but it is not always an option.

Website was good…my disappointment is that you still advertise a product but do not deliver it. I’ve been using the bar soap for decades and you still show it on your website but it’s been unavailable for over a year! This is false advertising…hoping people stay and use what’s available. Your courier is always late. I've ordered from you at least 5 times & they have never delivered on time There us always a weather issue even if it's already sitting in the warehouse in Edmonton. I find this incredibly frustrating. I also have tons of points but the products I buy are never an option I use quite bit of your smart line & 100hr moisture surge.

Today, only issue was that you did not have the product that I wanted to redeem. I found out the hard way. Over 700 points to spend, and after multi0e phone calls and on chats, I could only redeem points for 1 product per order. In the past, I was able to call and speak to someone in North America, ( not the Philippines) to redeem my points. Not anymore apparently! What is the point of reward points?

I purchased the lip gloss trio for my sister's birthday. She was very pleased with her gift along with the Clinique Happy perfume gift set I purchased online for her last year. We both love Clinique make up, skin care and perfume. Too bad you no longer carry the powder foundation shade anymore that I used for years. The substitute shade isn't the same so I no longer buy it from Clinique but from Mac.
