I made the order because I was interested in the free gift. The free gift was not available, even tho it was still advertised two days after my order. But after two calls to two different agents, the issue was resolved, they sent me a gift of equal value to complete my order.

I am a loyal customer and have been for years. Was given an appeasement code, told I could use it with any other discount but since I have free shipping I will never be able to use it. I have asked to hear from a Manger and haven’t despite spending 35 minutes in chat. I am not happy.

I always find ordering from Clinique easy however if something is no longer available, it should say out of stock or no longer available. I tried to order the repairwear numerous times as it showed in stock, later to receive an email it wasn’t so that was/is frustrating. The live chat was helpful and my request was resolved.

I don’t like the way the prices are always changing if you can sell at discounted prices please do it. I don’t like the way the points expire on one year anniversary as I may have bought something and my points expire the next day. Should be 2 years from last purchase date

An item that was offered due to cost of the order was depleted then they sent something else in a small sampler packet.. disappointing then to see the exact item offered at no charge in the little bottle was offered a short time later on a different promotion.

Clinique products have good ingredients in them & my skin does not react to any of the products I use. The price is reasonable however I do tend to purchase during a sale. I love the fact that clinique gives you free full size products with a certain spend, also I'm able to use my points on any purchase with no restrictions. Unlike other products I have purchased has so many rules ie Dermalogica is horrible in that respect. Example: my clinique order gave me all about eye cream 15ml, 8 piece summer gift, dramatically different moisture gel for my birthday, smart clinique repair overnight cream 5ml, smart clinique wrinkle correcting eye cream 5ml & used my clinique points for a full size mascara. I think this is a smart way to ensure your customer is happy. I told my friends about Clinique's ability to offer free samples with purchase & they are now a customer too. Quality samples mean a lot to a customer when spending on full size products. Please don't ever change this.

Love what I ordered, but I was disappointed that one of the 2 free gifts I chose was not available after purchase. While I was notified, and I understand that it's according to supply, I felt it should have just been replaced with something else that was in stock, instead of getting only 1 free gift. According to my final total, I qualified for 2 gifts. That was a little disappointing and a small touch that would have improved my experience.

I love the Clinique products and am a loyal brand user. The website could be a bit easier to find all the sale products, as they are under a few different headings. It would be simpler if they were all under one category tab. Otherwise, no complaints.

I really love ypur stuff I always buy because of the gift with purchase my order total shoukd have gotten me one full sized product and a 7 piece gift set however it would not allow me to add those things to my cart so thay was pretty disappointing I settled for the the samples tha6 I could put in my cart but I really did want my free full-size and 7 pc gift set .
