I miss the sales rep from the Hudson's Bay Clinique counter. I never had to think about restocking, she just called and took care me in a couple minutes a few times a year.

I liked that the represantative helped me with the points thta were taken from me, and since the product was not given to me, he helped me get them back. I ordred another item, and the item I wanted with my points, with the points I was given back, but again got an email that the product is unavalibel, so why put it on the web in the first place? and now I still did not get my points back again.

Site hard to navigate. Luckily, I know my favourite go-to product name and colours, so I used the search bar. You pop up offers that I can't redeem, so what's the purpose and clutter for? The cost is atrocious $81 for two eye pencils?! I still wish you were sold in Drug Stores and had these colours at Sephora bc I dont have to wait for an online order. The Hudson's Bay department store was handy to purchase at the Clinique counter.

I feel fooled a bit with Clinique now, had alot of bad customer experiences in the past and today even! I was sent an email about items in my cart and the item email was 2$ less, brought it up to CS and they don’t know, she gave me a discount but I shouldn’t be misled as a loyal customer. Customer service is huge, it shouldn’t be misleading or false. Otherwise I think the company as a whole is lying to my face. I have less trust with Clinique. This is not the first time I’ve had issues and they don’t bother addressing them continue to lie to people. It’s frustrating to experience and keep experiencing!

The site is touchy and an accidental relead of a page can erase an order and the applicable offers. The cost is a barrier but the included products that I would purchase anyway help. I would like the nurse& teacher discount but am not comfortable uploading my ID to the web. There should be a different way to confirm this.

Over the last week I have spent too much time trying to understand how to redeem my points before the expired, find out how to collect my anniversary gift and find out what was available to purchase with my accumulated points. Although I have been a loyal customer in excess of 30 years, I have never had so many points accumulated before. I assumed that is I saved my points I would be able to have my choice of whatever I basically wanted and that all products would have a points equivalent. I didn’t also realize I’d have to make a purchase in order to redeem points for a Clinique pre-selected set of items. And to use all of my points I would have to make a separate purchase for each product purchased with points. What was the most disappointing was that there were 19 products that were advertised as products that could be purchased with points and in reality only 8 were in stock and the ones out of stock could not be back ordered. Then I learned that all of my points would expire on my anniversary date regardless of if I earned them a year ago or two days ago. Not having stock available to choose from is not only unfair to your customers but extremely disappointing having worked so hard to earn them. Clinique can do better! I actually the way the points system works should be revamped as well as your website. There should be a way to find the best brand given your age and skin type, and if curious find out why one might work better than another. Then you should easily be able to see all of the offerings in one place for that Brand ie. Moisture Surge, Even Better, smart Clinical Repair, etc

There was a problem adding offers. I also had trouble adding my receipts from a month ago. A phone call to your customer service was ecellent, they added my retail points. The chat with Gurleen made me feel like they will address the system issues with my offers AFTER I placed my order, thank you Gurleen, excellent service too.

Your website has terrible reviews, I almost didn't reorder, so many complaints of changing products and your standard canned responses, I have only ordered once before, the only reason I continue to order is because I have dry allergy prone eyes. It would be great to do a marketing campaign showing you are listening and trying to improve. Reviews count for a lot. Also, the promotion of free products was great, but vague on how to get or find, I actually gave up and checked out and there was the offer. Thank you though, excited for my free samples.

I’m 80 years old. I have been using Clinique products for 60 years. Obviously, I’m pretty satisfied.. people I encounter are usually extremely surprised to learn my age. Part of this is because I have used Clinique faithfully every day for most of my life.. I also like your makeup products. They are usually smooth and creamy and work well on older skin.
